DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY For inquiries regarding your order please contact us by e-mail through our Facebook Page. Deliveries are limited. Area of delivery is also limited. We are unable to guarantee balloon deliveries at a specific time; deliveries are normally made within a time frame of several hours. Orders are processed on the day they will be delivered so they look great for the recipient. Incorrect Addresses: If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address a second delivery fee will apply to send the arrangement to the correct address. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. Residential Delivery Procedures: Delivery to a residence requires coordination of an appropriate delivery time. In the event a resident is unavailable, a card with the delivery attempt will be left at the door and the customer will then have 3 options 1) the order may be delivered at a different time for an additional delivery fee 2) the order may be picked up at our location during our operating hours 3) the order may be cancelled, no refund will be issued We use Qualtex balloons which are high quality, but we cannot guarantee that under certain circumstances something may happen to the arrangements. For this reason, we do not leave balloons with neighbours unless specifically noted by the customer. For orders left with someone else, we do not take responsibility for what happens to the arrangement once we have delivered it. Due to the special effort required to complete most deliveries, it may not be possible to guarantee that the delivery remains a surprise to the recipient. School Delivery Procedures: Some schools may not allow delivery of balloons.. As a result, we do not deliver balloons to students, however we will deliver to staff members by leaving the bouquet at the main office of the school. Hospital Delivery Procedures: Most hospitals do not allow latex balloons, therefore only mylar balloons will be delivered to any of the area hospitals. Should the hospital refuse to allow delivery directly to the recipient, we accept no responsibility for what happens to the balloons once in the hands of the hotel or hospital staff. Hotel Deliveries: All deliveries will be left at the front desk. Once the delivery is made, we consider the delivery finished. We suggest customers who send deliveries to a hotel should contact the hotel to make sure the delivery to the room was successful. Secure Facility Deliveries: Many high rise office buildings do not allow deliveries to the recipient. It is customary to leave the delivery with the security guard, receptionist, superintendent or building manager. They in turn will contact the recipient for pick up. At this point, we consider the delivery accomplished. Cancellation Policy: When you place a balloon order you not only are purchasing balloons and accessories, you are also purchasing a time slot, preparation and labour time, room on a delivery service truck or scheduled pick-up time. Therefore if your order is cancelled any time before the balloons are inflated, we will refund the total less 20% restocking fee. - Once the balloons are chemically treated, inflated, or within 24 hours of the delivery or pick-up time, the purchase in non-refundable. - Orders must be cancelled by telephone at (519) 995-0595 and a member of our team must be spoken to directly. We cannot accept cancellations through voicemail or e-mail without speaking to the customer directly. Substitutions Balloons & Gift Baskets We reserves the right to substitute balloons that are not in stock, provided the substitution will not substantially change the theme of the balloon arrangement. - Based on seasonal availability, it may be necessary to make a substitution in your gift basket or bouquets. We will never compromise our product quality or taste. You will always receive a product equal to or greater than that which is pictured in our gift baskets. - Due to a manufacture defect or out of stock situation, we will substitute a balloon design with the same theme. You are guaranteed to receive the same or greater value for your purchase. - Latex balloon colors may vary from designs pictures, but will always coordinate with the bouquet Refund Policy: Once the balloon delivery has been made successfully, no refunds or exchanges will be issued, as we are not responsible for the conditions and handling of the balloons by the recipients. Once our balloons are delivered, the order is considered complete and nothing further can be done to alter the order in any way. No warranty is implied or expressed to the float time, appearance or performance of the balloons, arrangements, or decor.
